Titleist Limited Edition T150 Black Iron Set

The Limited Edition T-Series Black Irons now feature a durable, smudge-resistant Titanium Carbide Vapor finish, offering a sleek, darker appearance compared to previous T-Series Black models.

Inspired by the player’s performance and feel of T100 but forged into a more confidence-inducing shape, T150 is a modern Tour iron with dialed-up speed for players seeking a little more distance. Creating the best-performing irons for every player means understanding and elevating the precise aspects of performance each player needs. Working with Tour Pros and dedicated amateurs, the Titleist team attacks every facet of every T-Series iron – control, distance, flight, forgiveness, looks, sound and feel – to produce irons designed to enhance your play in ways that only a Titleist can. The Titleist T150 are a low launch forged player’s distance iron for golfers who want the exact precision and feel of T100 with increased speed, distance and forgiveness.

Enhanced Feel and Consistency Engineered to provide added speed, the refined Muscle Channel in T150 sits close to the face to create a more solid feel. A new precision CNC face milling process eliminates imperfections in the surface for more precise contact and control, all driving towards more consistent play.

Shaped to Suit the Player Based on player feedback, T150 presents an optimized topline that inspires confidence over the ball. The slightly larger shape provides just the right amount of forgiveness, while still maintaining a compact, Tour-inspired look. Everything sets up for winning iron play.

Effortless Turf Interaction Working with Tour Pros and the grind experts at Vokey Design, our engineers were able to further improve our Variable Bounce Sole by softening the trailing edge to allow the club to flow faster through the turf, even after contact. Developed for T100, it brings a Tour touch to T150.

Better Tungsten for Better Performance By utilizing dense D18 tungsten and a 2000º aerospace brazing process, Titleist engineers can eliminate weld points and be more precise with CG placement. You get outstanding MOI and launch dynamics from a solid, fully forged design.

    Unfortunate

The clubs are fine but the 4 stars only has to do with the look and lack of customer service I thought should have been there. The sales people involved were very nice not an issue. Most of these blacked out clubs are more matte finish than low or high gloss. I did ask this question when looking at them and I felt like it was explained they were more matte finish like the other brands. They are not - they have a low gloss which really is not a good look. Also the blacked out shafts were not available so they sent them in the normal chrome shaft which is not what we wanted. Being I was paying $400 more just for the blacked out clubs I figured they would be discounted to some extent since they were not blacked out. Well that was not the case and when asked if I can return them I was told I could as used clubs. Well that just did not make much sense. Anyway - the clubs are fine but if you are looking for blacked out clubs then definitely try the Taylormade 770 or Cobra MB or CB. Extremely nice clubs - I also have the Cobra MB and they are awesome - thought I would try something different and unfortunately that did not work out very well.
