We collect personal information for the business and commercial purposes described in the "How We Use Your Information" section above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically:
- Account information is retained while your account is active and for three (3) years after closure.
- Transaction records are retained for seven (7) years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
- Usage data is generally retained for twenty-four (24) months.

We will respond within forty-five (45) days; if we need additional time (up to an additional forty-five (45) days), we will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.
Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). When we detect such a signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information associated with that browser.
Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
