At Golf HQ, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That is why we offer all customers our 30-Day Play Guarantee on qualifying new club purchases. If you are not satisfied with your new club, simply return it within 30 days of purchase, and we will issue you a store credit for 100% of the purchase price or exchange it for another club of your choice. We will even pay to ship it back.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 30-Day Play Guarantee, the following conditions must be met. The purchase must be a new club with a purchase price of $200 or more. Used clubs and custom-ordered clubs are not eligible for this program. You must have your original receipt and initiate the return within 30 days of purchase.

All items associated with the purchase must be returned, including any headcovers, fitting wrenches, weight kits, or golf bags that accompanied the club. Box sets and iron sets may only be returned if all clubs in the set are included; individual club returns from a set will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Clubs

Clubs returned with normal wear and tear consistent with typical use will be accepted. However, clubs displaying excessive wear or permanent damage—such as pop-up marks, dings, or chips—do not qualify for the 30-Day Play Guarantee. Returns that do not meet these standards will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Golf HQ's sole discretion, and Golf HQ reserves the right to refuse any return at its discretion.

Processing Your Return

Golf HQ will provide a prepaid shipping label for all qualifying returns, so you will not incur any return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned club or clubs. Please note that each purchase is limited to one return under this program.
