- Using the Manage Orders page. Enter your order number and your email or zip code.
- Select the order that contains the product(s) you would like to return. *Note some products like personalized golf balls or custom products are not returnable. Product(s) must be new/unused and returned in original packaging.
- Click Return Items. Select your reason for return, then continue.
- Submit your return request. Download your pre-paid return label. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file.
- Pack your item(s) securely in return packaging attaching your return shipping label to the outside. *Return packaging not provided.
- Your refund will be processed once we receive your order in our facility. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. *Original shipping charge is non-refundable.
