The all new Mizuno ST-G 220 Driver is made with a player’s deeper profile and the ball speed of Mizuno’s Forged BETA Ti SAT2041 clubface, alongside unmatched levels of adjustability in ball flight.  The shorter lateral weight tracks allow a center back weight option for a combination of draw/fade bias and choosing where to flight the ball.  The ST-G 220 can be morphed from an ultra-low spinning bomber to a highly playable mid-spinning option. 

Expanded Adjustability The newly evolved ST-G’s weight locations and tracks offer a rare combination of both backspin and face/draw adjustability.  2 weights come with the ST-G 220 for perfecting ball flight and height. Up to two weights can be placed in the rear track for deeper CG capabilities attributing to higher MOI, launch and spin.  Additionally, up to two weights can be placed in either the draw or fade track for bias or correction.

BETA Ti Face Mizuno’s new forged SAT2041 Beta Titanium face with complex carbon construction deliver potent ball speeds and a dense, satisfying feeling at impact. The material used in the ST-G 220 Driver face features 17% more tensile strength and 8% more flexibility than commercial 6-4 Ti through its fine grain structure that is inherently resistant to fatigue.  The high strength Ti material resists micro factures for longer than the commonly used 6-4 Ti.

Modern Players Profile A deeper face, short back to front, but still in a 460cc configuration all attribute to the ST-G 220’s player preferred profile.

Multi-Thickness CorTech Face The face features multi thickness segments to maximize return from the Beta Ti face as well as better forgiveness through its increased ball speeds on low face contact.

Quick Switch 4 degrees of loft adjustability in the hosel and the weighting track system allow you to quickly fine tune the ball flight and trajectory.
