GolfHQ.com ships orders FedEx, USPS, and UPS. We will ship orders based on the method selected by the customer. Examples: If you select (Economy) it could ship FedEx SmartPost, USPS First Class, or UPS SurePost. If you select (Ground) it could ship FedEx Home Delivery/Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. If you select (2 Day) it could ship FedEx 2Day, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS 2nd Day Air. If you select (Overnight) it could ship FedEx Overnight, USPS Priority Mail Express, or UPS Next Day Air.
Items that are In-Stock and placed by 2pm EST will almost always ship out the same day. Orders placed on the weekends won't be eligible for shipment until Monday. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer you should allow 3-7 business days for these items to ship. This also means that if you order multiple products they may come in separate shipments and arrive at different times. Items that ship directly from the manufacturer will be noted on the web site. If your order is time-sensitive we strongly recommend that you call us to place your order over the phone. Custom golf clubs, personalized items, and special orders may delay shipping as well.

We also offer expedited shipping methods if you need your order in a hurry. So, if you choose (2 Day) on Thursday your order will arrive on Monday unless you call your order in and specifically request Saturday delivery and the same rule applies for (Overnight) shipments. Expedited orders must be placed before 9am EST to ship out the same day. Orders that are placed on the weekends will not ship out until Monday. If you need an order to be shipped out the same day and your order is placed after 9am EST. You will need to contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Expedited shipping may not be available on certain products and is not guaranteed on any product to ship the same day. That is why we always strongly recommend to contact us to check stock availability for any time-sensitive orders, as there is no guarantee that a product is in stock, regardless of what is noted on the web site. So again, it is recommended to call in any orders that you need by a certain date so we can be sure that we accommodate you accordingly.
The above shipping policy applies to the continental U.S. only. Any free shipping promotions are only valid for the continental United States (lower 48 states).
Please note that if your package is delayed because of adverse weather conditions we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs. This is what shipping carriers consider to be an act of nature.
In certain circumstances a product may be back-ordered or out of stock. In such cases you will be notified immediately so that we can correct the problem as best we can.
