Free returns mean less hassle, time and cost for you. If you order something and would like to return it, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will provide you with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number & shipping label.
- Log in to your account to view recent orders. Click on "Return Items?" next to the order/product you wish to return.
- Select the product(s) you would like to return. *Note: Some products like personalized golf balls or custom products are not returnable.
- Select whether you would like to return the product for an exchange, refund to the original payment method or receive store credit.
- Submit your return request. We will send you a return label to the email linked to your account.
- Product(s) must be New and Unused. Product(s) must alo be returned in original packaging.
- Ship the product back. Pack your item(s) securely in return packaging, attaching your return shipping label to the outside. **Return packaging not provided.
- Your refund will be processed once we receive your order in our facility. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Does my order qualify?
Only orders placed on GolfHQ.com are eligible for free returns. Amazon, eBay & Google Express orders are not eligible for free returns. Personalized and custom products are not returnable.
