Description
Tour Edge Women's Exotics EXS 220H Iron Set
Hollow-body irons are all the rage right now in the game of golf, but that design originated with Tour Edge. The Exotics EXS 220H irons are of hollow-body tech, which provides ultimate perimeter weighting and an extremely flexible face. Featuring a wider sole, the 220H boasts a lower center of gravity for a higher launch with lower spin. Behind the face is a spider web-like technology than enhances the sweet spot in every direction. The Cup Face provides flexibility across the entire hitting area, even the toe and heel. The polymer coated launchpad absorbs vibration and creates more spring-like effect. Heel and toe relief areas are accentuated with a ramped sole design, which enhances turf interaction at impact and provides more stability. The 220H irons come in a classy matte black finish that provides a gorgeous contrast next to the ball at address.
TED, the Tour Edge Developmental robot, tested a large amount of the best shafts on the market to see which performed the best in the 220 heads. Below is the data from the testing based on driver speed. Shown is the best shaft for that particular swing speed.
