Mizuno MP-20 HMB 8 Piece Iron Set - Steel

The most recognized improvement in the newest line of MP-20 irons by Mizuno is the feel. They feature a copper underlay for the first time since the company’s MP-29, MP-14, and legendary TN87 irons. 30 players out of 30 selected the MP-20 irons as feeling better and softer than their counterparts; a clean sweep. The industry-leading grain flow forged heads feature nickel chrome plating over the copper underlay, so the copper isn’t visible; but you can certainly feel it!

The MP-20 HMB irons were inspired by the popularity of forged wide-body long iron replacements on tour. These are referred to as a hybrid muscle-back and are a forgiving wider-sole iron with a "tour ready" top-line and profile. The hollow body design features a grain flow forged chromoly face which is fused to the multi-material body. Dual tungsten weighting in the heel and tow stabilizes and balances the head for an incredibly high MOI (moment fof inertia), and a low center of gravity. A new technology called Harmonic Impact delivers fine tuned head geometry for ideal feel and feedback at impact. CORETECH design optimizes the face thickness which maximizes the sweet spot. These are the most forgiving, softest feeling, "player" looking irons you'll ever hit.
